Yet the UN do won't do anything about it.

The point is that the WMDs were there and if we didn't go in to Iraq Saddam would have either used them himself on neighboring countries or he would have sold them.

The point is that there COULD have been WMDs in Iraq and that the intelligence was correct but Saddam moved them out just months before the inspections resumed. There was a dam break in Syria in 2002 causing a disaster and Saddam said he was sending help. That help COULD have been the WMDs.
