Oh, I used to get headaches many years ago. I haven't had a headache, not one, for over 25 years now. Anyhow, all I did was use the trigger points in my temples to get rid of it. I don't understand how it worked but it did.

I had back problems (non injury related) for years but got rid of them by doing one simple thing that I sort of laughed at as a youngster.
