  • Listen to this with "the best headphones" you will experience eardrum cum lulz

  • maybe a Kaine spin-off :3

  • there should be a sequel of Nier

  • @Icekaiser93 How it ended it would be strange for how they could make a sequel. Well unless they had like an other character that had to go through the same experience that Nier went through. That or maybe a prequel that could work.

  • @yogsagath Buddy, Cavia is no more.. They shut down the company. Nier was there final game. reason they put so much effort on this game even the soundtracks. They were suppose to make a game called "Cry On" but sadly it was canceled.

  • @Ufareo I know but if that didn't happen I was wondering how they could make a sequel and make it make sense.

  • @Ufareo I think I read somewhere that Square Enix owns everything they had now but the chances of them making anything with this is so low T~T

  • So unique this song

  • 1 person has become a magic skeleton.

  • amazing

  • The one who disliked this song just doesn't deserve to have ears to hear.

  • @MrRainyDusk ITS A SHADE!!

  • Just love Chorus =)

  • Eerily haunting music. Beautiful, but sad. I loved that mansion...and hated it at the same time.

Hooray for the emotional masterpiece that is Nier.

  • do you have the version of this song that is only the vocals? the one played in Emil's mansion?

  • @ryodark Neodarkid has one on his channel, called Mansion Ambience :)

  • my face hairs stand up when i hear this song -smiles-

  • This song is the main reason I like Emil's mansion. I like to go there when I don't know what to do while playing NieR. Like the creepy atmosphere it gives.

and that butler is SUCH a creep.

  • I like this song very much, i put it in my car, makes me feel ... strange

  • Why did they have to turn Emil and Halua into weapons?

  • @wolflove654 Haha, yeah, spoilers. Ass.

  • @wolflove654 to help fight the monsters called legions that were created when Caim and the god queen came to our world and when the queen died and her " ashy remains" that came in contact with humans caused the "White chlorination disease" the WCD however is really a human being forced into a pact with the dead queen and those who accepted the pact with the queen wen they got the disease became legions those who resisted died

  • I'm pretty sure I wasn't the only one who felt sorry for Emil throughout this game. The poor kid just can't catch a break.

  • @Gravestench Same goes for more or less every sentient being in the damn universe, Nier is just full of despair and bad shit for everyone. Emil gets off pretty easy in comparison, IMO

  • @jamessawyerford Agreed. =/

  • @jamessawyerford

Once there was a boy who liked a girl, but she fell sick and died. Then the boy died.

Once, there were two brothers whose their mother left them alone to cheat on a guy in a mine. Then she died. Then the older brother died.

Once, there was an old woman who lived in a lighthouse. She was waiting for someone, but he died. Then she died.

Once, two beings without souls were created. They didn't even have souls, but they died anyway.

Nothing can win in the NieR universe.

  • @Jaguar1362 Once a psychopathic killer flying on a red dragon saved the world by playing a tedious rhythm game. Then they both got hit by a missile and died.

  • @Gravestench have you seen all the endings?

  • @backdrop04 Nope, but I read a couple of things. Are you referring to what happened in ending B ?

Despite everything that happened to Emil he was still one of the nicest and most gentle people you're ever likely to meet. Most people would've grown to hate the world after going through less than half of what he was put through.

  • @Gravestench whilst others would have pulled the trigger a long time ago...

  • @Gravestench i'm just starting my second playthrough, so i don't know if my opinions on things will change, but i feel worst for all the shades i've killed, like Kalil... like.. i feel like the true monster.... T___T

  • @pokerus911 Me too. Now when i kill a Shade i start crying, :(

  • @pokerus911 in a way.... I believe that is the ironic part...

here we think we're killing the monsters, but in truth, it's like we're monsters, killing humans. It's a sad irony honestly.

  • @Gravestench Mhmm.. And his last line.. Before what he did. D:

  • great soundtrack!!!!!!
