This is prerendered. Play it in high quality by adding &fmt=18 to the end of the address bar. Look at his FPS in the top right corner, its 5.8. Must've been a bitch to render though. Probably like 40 minutes.

If my eyes are correct, your getting 10fps, thats poor, real poor, even though it looks very smooth, you might be useing a frame by frame capture which makes anything look smooth.

Processor might be a bit slow, but yes.

You would get high settings with your 8800 GT but i dont like intel processors and that motherboard im not quite sure on but the graphics card is good
