Do you have wireless?

If so then you probably are printing to the wrong one like one of your neighbors, or something.

u do know that you can super harden it with a coat of resin on the outside and fiberglass on the inside?

use 110lb cardstock for that

you can scale the pieces to fit better just convert what you need to millimeters
