NO. This works as a hovercraft only, and an unstable bad one at that as I've seen video clips of this kind of tech in test.
Note all it is doing is creating a closed cycle of wind like a tornado and so has to remain near the cround for the presure to lift it but far from a surface has no net thrust!
It can't do what such high altitude and high speed craft do. It cant even actually fly, only hover.

Bee's and helicopters shouldn't fly in that case. But their thrust is stronger then the air below them can be displaced. So if w.e. you are talking about can jet out air faster then the air below it can be displaced it can rise on a kind of cushion of air untill the air gets too thin. So it all becomes is a factor of rpm or flow. Higher the output the higher and lower atmospheric pressure it can fly at. Then you need rockets with Oxygen mixed in the fuel

Pictures of things, some of them with wires and stuff and one of which looked very like the torque converter out of a Honda, plus spooky music, which was actually quite good. Is this proof? Government ran institutes may already have a fully operational ufo but I feel that it is only a matter of time until us civilians figure out all aspects to this craft.
