Very true. Any penis can get you a climax. But the inner forskin gives you pleasure you will never know if you have it removed.
There are ways of circumcising without removing the good part.

@mtnman2012, the most sensory part of the foreskin is at its tip (at the "ridged band"). Unfortunately, there is NO way of circumcising without removing it!
