  • I had the same issue, I back pulled all day & developed a nice set of erectors but it wasn't effective. My hips & glutes were super tight & it was hard to get into the correct position to pull. Once I addressed these issues, instant PR! I got some very effective glute, hamstring, & hip mobility stretches for him. Also some foam rolling & ball rolling would wake up those glutes! I'll have to contact him soon to share that knowledge.
