Is this someone taking the mickey out of podiatrists? Surely it's not intended as a representation of what podiatrists do.

So many infection control errors - loose hair, nail polish, hand and wrist jewellery, and no gloves when handling a syringe.

I'm not sure whether to laugh or cry when I see a female podiatrist portrayed in this way - though I assume this individual is an actress or model...
