This FDA study is complete BS! What's not said is that the same carcinogens can be found in all legal nic replacement products, but they allow them on the market. It's impossible for tobacco derived nicotine not to have them. The question is "how much?" vs. what's on the market today.
There is a difference between banning the e-cig device, verses demanding quality control over the cartridge contents. If they asked for the latter, I might have an ounce of respect for them.
