The majority of United Nations members agree to Not practice cruel, degrading, and inhuman punishment and treatment of human beings. International Human Rights groups like Human Rights Watch and Amnesty Int. condemn Singapore for this as a human rights violation. Singapore is BARBARIC and acts third world legalizing violence.

The unjust judicial system in Singapore consists of two sets of laws--one for males and the other for females. Only males offenders are subjected to the extra midieval barbaric punishment of Flogging (caning). Abolished almost everywhere worldwide except a few sadistic governments still practise this torture--Singapore is one of the third world uncivilized places that still does this.

Not. Most ppl would be momentarily be stunned if got attacked and could not reacted quickly. If u r old, reflexes would be slower. But, dun judge the seniors the way they looked. Some are more agile and could even run after their attackers. Had witnessed, one chased and shouting after a youngster for abt 100metres, and the youngster was apprehended with the help of bystanders.
