Hmm I like his plan. Since capitalism its the greatest way to make yourself richer, TL;DR take sub-saharan Africa for all its worth, by sending in troops, bombing the absolute shit out of them, and then leaving NATO and US forces to ensure co-operation. Then make UN policies to pillage those counties further. The end result is population control on a massive scale and 2/3 of the poorest people on the planet aren't a problem anymore.

Maybe years of colonization, murder, slavery etc has been a main ingrediant to pandemic corruption not to mention the U.S. not allowing Africa (& others) to trade in real money (Gold) keeping the world hostage to this fiat currency that is worthless. Its no accident why the U.S. military is what it is, because its not a question of "if", but "when" nations wake up (Libya, Iraq, Iran, Venezuala etc) to the scam they will be crushed.The answer is the U.S. says who plays & who doesnt.
