India is home to both the Asian Lion as well as the Asian Tiger. A Tiger unlike a Lion is a loner i.e. both the male and female hunt for prey the male Lion rarely hunts as the Lioness in his harem do the job.

habitat there are some lions in Africa that have evolved in there watery surrondings useing water to their advantage while tigers are more eastern cats where the heat and humidity are so extreme they too over time use the water to help...lowers body temp
