@azzahism What are you smoking? iPhone 4S/5 will probably just get a slightly down clocked A5, just how iPhone 4 is a slightly downclocked A4 from the iPad. Afaik quad core processors are not ready yet from either Qualcomm or Cortex.

Quad cores probably won't get introduced to smartphones until ARM15s are ready which is like next year at the earliest.
