You're wrong: if the frozen water floating ABOVE the water melts, the water level rises. It's true that if all the ice in the world was underwater, the sea level wouldn't be altered if it melted. But that's not the case, much of the world's ice is in above ground glaciers and other ice formations. So many of the town halls were stuffed with actors, yet this is a called a hoax. This was a brilliantly performed move, that puts the Chamber of Commerce on the defensive Everyone will see the video and see how bad they got OWNED by an actor who just made a simple press conference ;)
