I'm sure the franchise can easily recover with a great game with big adventures and a beautiful soundtrack like Ocarina of Time (though no game can come close to OoT)

And from there, there are more types. I like Progressive metal, which is the most coordinated of all in my opinion. It involves key changes on top of time signature changes.

Basically, metal relies on the listener being able to take apart the music in their head, appreciate every little element, and put it back together, and then appreciate the whole. Contrary to popular thought, metal is actually more intellectual than most music.

I like both version of hte song though.

Metal is probably the most generic of them all, and slapping "progressive" (as if it had anything to do with progressive rock--a truly creative genre) doesn't change that fact. I can see it being more intellectual than "most music", provided that you haven't actually come close to hearing most music.

And yes, I listen to Progressive Rock, as well as jazz, flamenco, and other genres. I enjoy music in general. My whole comment was geared towards showing that metal isn't one sided.

You can listen to Opeth, Dream Theater, and several other progressive metal bands.There is huge variation.
