  • Paddy looks upset.

  • Too bad that with the exception of the nylon string guitar intro, this is entirely lip synced. It's simply a modified mix of the original.

  • Timeless perfection indeed. Keep this in the vaults for Carnival 3000.

  • How 'nineties' was that?

(except for the timeless perfection woven into our imagination by Mr McAloon of course)

  • Imagine a band like this appearing on childrens TV today?

  • This is one of Paddy`s best songs! A terrific pop group and wish I knew more about them as a kid. They deserve the same acclaim that the Beatles got. And why did the sprouts only achieve a modicum of commercial success? Because they were just too god damn clever for the proverbial public!!

  • maybe they didn't get the same acclaim because of videos like this... it seems they had terrible management or lack of any other creative ties to the rest of the art world..

  • the sprouts rock....

    paddy is a real genious....

  • Wonderful! THe video is indeed pretty cheesy, but there's nothing simple about these guys or their music. Jordan TCB is a masterpiece, and this is a great anthem for a new millenium. Welcome back, Paddy!

  • Can't wait for the new album!!!!

  • Bloody 'ell! More and more Sprout gems keep surfacing. Nice.

  • Ah the Sprouts. Gotta love them. Their music is simple and cheesy but not so much, all at the same time. Like a cliche once the cliche stops being a cliche, if you get me?

    Fantastic!

  • There's just something about Paddy McAloon. A quality about him that prevents his music from sounding cheesy :)

  • @StrayGator Totally agree
