  • Still got The Money Spyder album on vinyl. Bought from The Cavern way back in the mists of time....

  • i saw them when they first started twas magnificent . check out the new single with billy childish and mickey hampshire, james is well back on form

  • Remember Peel playing this.

  • I have this on 7" vinyl. In the run-off groove is inscribed, "If Jimmy Smith was dead... he'd turn in his grave". Ha!

  • Jimmy smith would have loved it as much as we love it and also Smiths The Money Programme theme tune

  • Awesome!

  • simplemente genial, nada mas!, aguante la libertad

  • i saw them a few years back and they played this first - so that meant i left early. they went a bit too acid jazz for me.

  • what the hell? What kind of no-good, pot smoking, no shoe wearing, ungrateful hippy som' a bitch are you? Who the hell leaves early from a gig you've paid for?!

  • i'm only joking! i was just miffed they played my fave song first!

  • cheko prod...respect

  • Yeah!

  • Cor, WOW reminds me of 89 when i was at Lowestoft CCI Rally got from Bristol to Hungerford, when Mark Stones T5 Broke down, so we had to head back and get the Bus, 10 hours later we got there , still wouldnt have missed it for the world, Those were the days

"Yesterdays Dreams Mod Society" and then I moved on to the Bristol Moonlighters, Would sure love to see all that Gang again ,20 years has past, but the memorys are like yeterday :)

  • Excellent ,brill JTQ !

  • think the name of the place was the prince of wales, and it was an all day soul/scooter event,i remember the nightmare we had trying to get home to weston super mare after, so it was definately a sunday. we got a taxi in the end... cost us £34 and as we got out my mate was so sick on the back seat, that would've cost him £25 nowadays

  • Takes me back to late 80's gigs in Manchester! Proper boogie band!

  • i saw them in 89 in a working mens club type place in exeter... they were awesome, they played, this. time is tight, soul limbo and the theme from hawiai five o to name but a few... totally unforgetable. i think they're far too jazzy now

  • we travelled up from penzance to see them there, didnt they have a soul club at the same place once a month, think the venue was in st.thomas.

  • great music
