1) get a controller which is already rank 100.

2) go to training grounds.

3) load the first training section

4) while loading quickly press the guide button and sign out.

5) sign in with the account u want to be a 100 in.

6) u should get achievements - veternan gears and battle hard gear have fun being a 100 :)
