  • Remember Oswald was a Communist. Also remember Sirhan was an Arab and a Moslem. White Nationalists are criticized by the news media a lot but look at where the crime is coming from. For more information on the real facts visit the Stormfront White Nationalist chat room. Just type in Stormfront.

  • Elvis killed J.F.K.

  • Has his gravestone ever been stolen?

  • The sound of the wind is very eerie.

  • how come it's so dry? doesnt it get any watering?

  • This video almost makes me feel sorry for the misfit Oswald, who had a pathetic life. Ending up in a desolate windswept graveyard, unvisited in death as he was unloved in life.

  • If I lived Dallas I would go shit on this grave each morning ....

  • i would do the same. this guy ruined a legends life. jfk hope to shake hands with you in heaven

  • The man in the grave is an imposter the real oswald survived and later teamed up with Foster and Hinckley to assassinate Reagan.

  • Oswald was never convicted of a crime, so he is an alleged assassin. The people claiming that Oswald was the lone gunman in Kennedy's murder have obviously continued to ignore the mountains of evidence indicating otherwise. Your saying so doesn't make it so. It's just an indication of small brains at work.

  • This is the M-O of conspiracy theorists - if you disagree with them, you're an idiot. That's why they've created this universe of fantasy and conjecture, where all facts are lies unless they coincide with their nonsense. It makes them more confident that they're on the outside looking in because they are so much smarter than the rest.

  • Conspiracy believers are certifiably nuts.

  • Conspiracy theorists cannot face the harsh truth - that an unemployed 24 year old "boy" basically ended the life of the most powerful man in the U.S. and one of the best presidents we ever had. Hard to face that reality, but that's what happened. People don't want to face it/can't face it. And yet, it's the truth. Oswald: lone gunman.

  • "Bullets are very democratic and they injure or kill whoever they hit." Vince Bugliosi.

  • im a marine and im telling you there is no way he made that shot.some thing went down he was a front man every one know's this that's why they kill'ed him come on people

  • If they had to kill Oswald to be quiet, why did they wait two days to do it? Ruby was in the police station and he was armed on more than one occasion and could easily have killed Oswald then. Why did he wait? Because it was an impulsive, spur of the moment action. In addition, many test shots have proven, including some taken by marines, that that shot was actually a very possible shot. Oh wait, I forgot, every fact that coincides with the lone gunman theory is a lie.

  • yeah then someone would have to take ruby out and so on and so on

  • @wolfmanrick You're an ignorant, fucking moron. The fact that you were a low rank in the military speaks of your simpleton intellect. Leave the thinking to the rest of us.

  • @wolfmanrick He was a Marksman he had plenty of time to make those shots and he had a very good view from that window.......he shot Kennedy.

  • @wolfmanrick No its because you are a bad shot.he was far better than you will ever be.........

  • @wolfmanrick You're correct sir except when you state that everybody knows this... not all do. This country is too lazy to take the time to learn probably becuse they don't believe it is possible in our beloved USA.

  • if you look at nick beef to the right of him then look below nick beef the headstones are facing eachother if you still live in the area then look its wierd?

  • I doubt that bastard's in Heaven

  • The harsh reality to conspiracy theorists is right here-the grave of the lone gunman

  • Was the infamous "Nick Beef" grave marker next to his ? Supposedly a comedian bought the grave marker (no one is buried there) so people could find Oswald's grave.

--Also, supposedly that's not the original marker-someone stole the original and is probably in their garden now -LOL!

  • john wilkes boothe is buried in baltimore

  • I've seen the gravestone on TV before. This is genuine.

  • wheres john wilkes booth buried..............?

  • John Wilkes Booth is buried in Greenmount Cemetary in Baltimore.

  • how do you guys know that that's his actual grave there could be alot of other oswalds graves in there

  • Actually, we went back to the office and the woman, without coming right out and saying it, confirmed it. Also, it has been confirmed through other sources since. How do any of us really know that anyone is buried anywhere?

  • Gimmie a brake i can go in any cemetary in the country and find a Gravestone that says OSWALD !!!!!!!

  • Obviously you haven't been to many of the larger cemeteries. It can take hours to find a gravesite without directions, even the above ground stones, much less a flat one like Oswald's. I have a feeling you'd probably have trouble finding your ass with both hands.

  • hahaha that was the funniest thing ive ever heard

  • I always thought he was cremated.

I'm surprised he's buried in such an public cementary, you'd think people might do something stupid.

  • they did do something stupid though... someone stole the original grave stone... and so it was replaced with that one

  • people do something stupid his original gravestone with his full name and DOB was stolen

  • HHH

  • Lee Harvey Oswald hated America but he managed to kill the greatest enemy in American history,JFK.

  • moron.

  • Yeah, because, ya know, Lyndon Johnson was such an improvement...

  • Assassin? Oswald was never convicted of any crime.

  • Neither was Hitler. Poor argument.

  • I'm not sure if Oswald was a patsy or a hero, but R.I.P.

  • Haha great reply

  • (Reffering to death2ur's reply)

  • true that

  • Even his gravestone is a Conspiracy!

I suppose another reason as to why the office would not give the location of the Grave is to stop people shitting all-over it.

  • i woulda took a big long piss on that

  • it just says his name no dates. haha Owned!

  • my god, it is unfathomable how this piece of shit changed the course of history. It likely changed the presidential elections outcome for every president after him. I would love to be able to magically see how the world would be today if Kennedy Had not been killed.

  • You should have took a big juicy shit on his grave; just like what he did for the future of society with what he did.

  • I might have, but I was a little constipated that day.

  • WHy, he was just other people's tool !

  • If I was there filming that, I would have pissed on his grave, or took a big shit on it.

  • This was very interesting, and thank you for posting - is the deal with his being difficult to find because of the exhumation years ago or because of people stealing the marker? I wonder why the cemetary people are vague - maybe they suspect someone is going to blow it up or something. Who was next to him, his mother or the other brother? Did it appear there were plots for the remaining (well, one, I think) blood family members?

  • His original marker was stolen and since then they put in just the "Oswald" stone. His mother is actually buried next to him in an unmarked grave. There is quite a bit of space around his grave.

  • Oh, well, I guess I could see WHY there would be a lot of space around it, I suppose. Still, I wonder if the rest of the family plots to use it (pun intended).

  • thanks for posting. Ive heard that the

grave is not where the marker is, but

the cemetary people only know the exact

    spot.

  • does anyone know the story of nick beefs grave

  • Because the cementary won't divulge the location of Oswald's plot, a comedian bought the plot next to Oswald's grave and installed a headstone with the name "Nick Beef".

For a time, the cementary would give the location of Nick's grave and from there you could find Oswald's.

However, the cementary caught on and will no longer give out either location.

  • If we could proove who did do it we would. However, there is much to support our belief that Lee Oswald did NOT do it. Your narrowminded claim that Oswald was the lone assassin is not good enough and quite ludicrous. In one way it is good that it can't be proven, because it's so much fun handing you Warren apologists and sycophants your ass on a platter over and over again

    :)

  • You handed me my ass? Wow, you do live in a little quaint universe all your own. You've said absolutely nothing accept throw insults and proclaim your supremacy. Just like all the arrogant conspiracy nuts - "I know something you don't" - when in actuality you are one step behind, not ahead. The conspiracy notion is losing ground by the day. It's you who are one step behind. We've come out on the other end of the fog of nonsense.

  • If I were ver to have another daughter, I would name her after Oswald. No not Lee, Patsy! The Select Committee on Assassinations and the United house of Representatives could not find any conspiratorial links between Oswald and any other group or individual. Both reports rendered in 1979. Since there was also no solid case vs.Oswald the only presumption is innocence. The police and the feds chose to ignore testimony from several individuals that may have cleared Oswald.

    Oswald was screwed!

  • You conspiracy people can end all of this discussion right now. Tell me who did it. And "it wasn't Oswald" isn't good enough.

  • No legal system anywhere in the civilised world operates upon a "Guilty-Until-Proven-Innocent" basis. The burden of proof HAS to fall upon the prosecution - any other way and we'd be living in a fascist state under more-or-less Martial Law. Like it or not, this applies to Lee Harvey Oswald every bit as much as it applies to you, I, and everyone else.

  • Yes, but this being America we can also have an opinion on his guilt. Not be able to express an opinion - now that's martial law. Maybe in the next life you, kcsunsine64, and Owald can have a threesome.

  • @death2ur I know. I love the people that say that Oswald didn't kill him. But every single one says a different group or person shot JFK and that it's proven they did. How many people fucking killed JFK?? Choose people!!

  • Yes I know BUGliosi is a DA, I'm familiar with how he convicted Manson and his followers(wow ,there's a challenge). It had been some time since Helter Skelter so I guess the man needed to do some fiction. Yeah baby lawyers lie, too bad they wouldn't let Oswald have one. The case would never have gone to court. The man's constitutional rights were violated(even post-mortem),there was never one credible piece of irrefutable evidence against him. Earl Warren and his sycophants buried the truth

  • No concrete evidence Oswald murdered anyone. My mind is open dude. Why are conspiracy theorists all just clinging to a belief, we want to know the truth, lone nutters are too lazy to search for it, so they take the spoonfed bile dished out by the Warren commission. Vince Bugliosi says Oswald did it, yes well we know lawyers always tell the truth. Read the books by Charles Crenshaw, Edward Epstein and Robert Groden, these men are every bit as credible as Mr. Bugliosi. Have Bugliosi proove it!

  • Actually, Bugliosi was a prosecutor not a defense attorney. Those are the ones who earn the "lying lawyer" reputation. I don't even know what the Warren commission specifics are. I look at the evidence myself. When you say there "is not concrete evidence Oswald murdered anyone," you're either completely ignorant, or just lying. I believe Bugliosi proven it. Have these other knotheads (who by the way do onot have Buliosi's credentials)prove their theories.

  • The whole "magic bullet" bullshit, especially as portrayed in Stone's ludicrous JFK, is unabashedly laughable. It is a complete misrepresentation was reality. I suppose you also believe Mark Fuhrman planted the glove and Bush had explosives planted in the World Trade Center. Maybe you've been to area 51, too.

  • I think you ought to give The WC Report a try. It is like reading a "Whodunnit", and when getting near the end, not really knowing whodunnit, and only having concluded that the butler definitely DIDN'T do - then low-and-behold, being told the butler did it.

  • For anyone who still believes in the "Magic Bullet" (ce399 found on a stretcher at Parkland, having fallen out of Connally's leg along his route to the emergency room) :

    watch?v=OyI0P6WYIY

It will be a seminal moment for you, and a significant turning-point in the orientation of your belief.

  • bullshit, his rifle was sitting in the 6th story right hand corner of the building with his hand print on it. and a person reprted to a cop seeing a person in that very window with a gun right after the assasination.

and two people saw oswald shoot down an officer with a revolver.

  • Amen susiedent. These lone nutters really should go to their local library once in a while and go to non-fiction. They are like lemmings hurling themselves off a cliff ,better to believe the Warren Commission than have gumption and open-mindedness enough to look deeper. It is unfathomable to me that anyone still believes one man pulled it off. I live in acountry where at least four men were wrongfully convicted and it irks me no end when people oblivious to facts condemn someone.

  • Yes, if we don't agree with you we are nuts. The lemmings are the ones that continue to hold onto this conspiracy nonsense. These days the ones believing the "lone gunman" theory are the ones going against the current. Two words - Vincent Bugliosi. A man smarter and brighter than any of us. His 1000 page book on why Oswald acted alone will convince anyone with an open mind. Oh, and again, if someone disagrees with you they aren't necessarily, automatically a nut. Keep your mind open.

  • I used to adhere to the conspiracy belief because I took it for granted. But I leave room for changing my mind when evidence points elsewhere. Make sure your mind follows the facts and you don't bend the facts to fit your mind.

  • Have a care when citing Bugliosi as the saviour of lone-gunman theory. Bugliosi spent his career as a skilled and persuasive prosecutor, and the hallmark of the professional prosecutor's pre-determined conclusion is evident upon every one of the 1600+ pages (in much the same way that the WC began with a pre-determined conclusion).

His "53 threads of evidence" are neither new, nor conclusive - just more aggressively asserted.

    I HIGHLY recommend :

    watch?v=ZQ4UgPBS4RA

    watch?v=gspLZ825JCE

  • It's a bit far-fetched to claim it is "proven" that LHO murdered anyone. Where is this "proof" ? I've been researching Oswald for 5 years, and I've never even found the feintest-of-feint suggestions of proof.

    What is undoubted:

    (i) no confession;

    (ii) no motive;

    (iii) no eye-witness placing Oswald on TSBD6 (unless you buy into x-ray eyes Brennan's chop-and-change-his-mind story);

(iv) Lee slain under the gaze of the D.P.D. by their under-world chum loitering in the basement.

  • Paraffin test for Oswald's cheek was negative, prooving he did not fire a rifle or handgun. The fact you cling to the preposterous belief of a lone nut assassin causes me to seriously doubt your ability to rationalize. You're not in Kansas anymore dude, wake up and smell the conspiracy!

  • Proove he murdered anyone! What's that?..... oh, that's right you can't! Can we move on to the next case your honour?

  • well said kc.

  • Oh yes we can, and it has been proven. Some of us look at corraborated facts and not our own imaginations or Oliver Stone's for that matter.

  • I agree with Death2ur

  • Yes, Lee apparantley adored his brother's children and Ruth Paine said that he often played with her boy when he visited. People often overlook the fact Oswald had a family and his children were denied the right of ever knowing their father, just as Lee had been as a child. A very sad and sensitive story.

  • "People often overlook the fact Oswald had a family...

I guess Oswald also "overlooked" (to use your word) that fact when he attempted to murder General Walker and then successfully murdered the President and a policeman.

I assume he also "overlooked" the fact that his victims had families too.

  • Well said susiedent. Seems to me Lee had some good qualities. I think he was a patsy just as he proclaimed. Sinful the way he was railroaded.

  • I think so. He was not a saint - a confused and frustrated young man of 24. Not the world's greatest husband, but apparently a devoted father. There's a lot of WC tesimony from TSBD colleagues etc... stating that June and his new born baby were more-or-less the only subject which he enjoyed talking about. His ultra-modest gravesite makes for a slightly forlorn spectacle, I think. But on a brighter note, his legacy survives through the MANY MANY people determined to uncover the truth.

  • This is so sad to see his cheap grave maybe we all ought to pitch in and by him a big monument.

Thing is I still dont know if that is Lee Oswald or if there ever was a Lee Oswald the guy is a phantom because I saw him in Russia in Feb of 64 and once every year there after for several years.

But it is historic maybe buy him a big monument that transvalents or something unto that of a mystery phantom.

  • I think we should pitch in and get you some psychiatric help.

  • "I think we should pitch in and get you some psychiatric help."

Well said. That is, in my view, by far the worst thing about this continued conspiracy nonsense -- the elevation (by some) of Oswald. Pathetic.

  • Yes, it's not bad enough that people buy into these outlandish claims, but to hold Oswald up as some kind of victim, even a hero, that's the ultimate vulgarity.

  • they gave him a bad rap with his burial if you ever happen to catch the exhuming pictures. apparently the casket he was buried in? cracked and allowed water to seep in. not a good combination with a body. and when he was exhumed in 1981 the only thing that was somewhat recognizable was his dental record. everything else was in close full decomposition..

  • Death2ur: You are so naive to think that Oswald did it by himself. Evidently you aren't familiar with the laws of physics. The fatal shot came from the front. The Zapruder film shows the impact so well and bullets tend to make your head go the opposite way of where the bullet enters. So even though you are well versed on his grave you need to do more research on the fatal bullet entering from the front.

  • Actually, you're the naive one. When a bullet comes from the front, the back of the head is blown off. In the film, it is clearly the front of the head that explodes. And also, combat veterans have been interviewed stating that in fact, the head often flinches towards the impact. Vincent Bugliosi has written a 1000 page book on why Oswald acted alone. He is the former DA of LA with 102 wins out of 103. I don't think he could be called naive. You're just spouting what Oliver Stone said.

  • Believe me, I've done my research. I used to be one of the uninformed masses who thought JFK the movie was fact, but actually it is nothing but propaganda bullshit. My mind is open enough to look at facts and not hearsay.

  • it came form the back and i can prove it

  • What Ever Happened 2 His Wife & Kids?

  • Wife remarried in 65 and still lives in Richardson I believe. She now believes Oswald was an FBI informant but may not be as guilty as she originally thought. Kids grew up but have mainly hidden their identity in relation to Oswald. The know he was not the best father out there and his eldest child calls him "Lee" instead of dad, etc.

  • Yes, this is true - but his elder daughter, June, was 2 years old in '63. Not really old enough to know whether he was "Lee" or "Daddy". And at age 2, she was deprived of ever having any further opportunity to make up her mind on the issue.

  • Oswald acted alone? Yup, and I'm going to sleep with Jessica Alba tonight.

  • Don't forget to take video.

  • Sad! I wonder if Lee's daughters ever visit or have ever visited his grave?

  • I didn't realize he had any children. Wow, that must be tough for them.

  • Lee had two very young daughters - June (born 1961) and Audrey, often referred to as Rachel (a middle name) who was less than six weeks old when Lee was slaughtered by Ruby. From the fairly scant records which remain from Lee's time in the custody of the Dallas police dept., it appears that one of his main concerns was to be allowed to make a telephone call to Marina to remind her that June (aged 2) needed a new pair of shoes. How tragically prosaic. A monster ? - I think not. RIP Lee.

  • So poor Oswald was sent up by this one guy?FORGET the fact that the rifle that was found in the room of the Texas Book Depository was easily traced back to him, and several people fingered him shooting J.D. Tippet in broad daylight on a Dallas street. I am not saying he didn't have any help, but poor little Lee Harvey Oswald has blood on his hands, pure and simple.dumbass!

  • SCUMBAG

  • LOL,LEAH look into that witness his names brennan and this guys testimony its hillarious and proves he didnt see a thing,AND only picked him out AFTER he saw him arrested for the murder... dumbass!

  • Poor guy, he was used and murdered.

  • Rest in peace Lee. One day they will clear your name and your will be martyed.

  • i dont know how you say that. there was a witness who saw LHO shoot. He was hit by one of the bullets and saw Lee with the gun. He picked Lee out of a lineup and said that was him...yeah theyll clear his name...especially when there was a witness. dumbass

  • leahchelle:

If you researched the subject properly, you'd find things are not as you think they are.

  • Actually, I have done at least 7 research papers over the theories of the JFK assassination as well as LHO.

  • I think the people who think there was a conscpiracy are the least educated about the facts. The more you learn and stick to verified FACT, to me its clear he acted alone. Vincent Bugliosi, the former prosecutor for LA has written a huge book on this very subject. He has always claimed Oswald acted alone.

  • did i say he didnt act alone? nope...

  • I know you didn't. I was actually agreeing with what I think is your point of view. I was addressing "conspiracy people" in general. Not you specifically.

  • sorry. i misread. figured you were among the others against me.

  • No problem.

  • Its a proven fact that RFK was murdered in a conspiracy. LOOK AT THE FACTS of his death. And if they killed Bobby in such a way, then THEY probably killed JFK in a conspiracy too. People who say Oswald was a lone gunman are are plain sheep. By the way, nice video guy. I've been to Dallas/6th floor, but didn't make it to the gravesite. My Aunt has left flowers there and told me cemetary workers won't show you where it is???

  • I think the sheep are the ones who follow along with all the unsubstantiated conspiracy theories. The cemetery workers won't tell you where he is. The Oswald family has requested that. We knew what section he was in and had to walk off every inch.

  • It's not that hard, there are maps online and he is buried quite near the road by the large tomb indicated on many maps.

  • Who is this mysterious witness?

  • the man who supposedly shot the President. damn!

  • I wouldn't piss on it, I would ask him who really shot Kennedy or if he did, who put him up to it?!

  • i would piss on it

  • Is the gravestone right beside his any relation to him?

  • No. Actually, it belongs to a little known actor who used a fake name "Richard Beef" so that people visiting the cemetery could ask to see his grave and find Oswald's. However, the cemetery caught on and now will not give out that information either.

  • It's actually Nick Beef.

  • Is this the man who shot John F. Kennedy?

  • Yes.

  • ALLEGEDLY!!

  • Rather unspectacular. Very fitting for an underachiever

  • Originally he had a stone with his complete name and dates on it, but it was stolen. His family decided to go with just a simple stone and they have asked the cemetery not to direct anyone to the spot.

  • I wonder: Who the hell would steal the gravestone of someone so infamous? What would you do with it? To whom would you show it? Eventually, I think, you'd show it to someone who would snitch. Lee Harvey Oswald's gravestone is a helluva thing to steal. A hellvua thing to steal. There's a story there somewhere.

  • Thanks! =)

  • You are welcome.

  • amazing to see the grave so close up.
