You should have done a single uncut run demonstrating flow. I see so many videos showing people tricking and doing amazing isolated maneuvers but no real flow, which is crucial to useful and efficient parkour. Good video nonetheless.

@elmotpoopie If you have the money (around $80 to $90) i would suggest getting some 5-10 Freeruners. If you dont have $90, get converses. People say not to do parkour in converses but actually theyre really durable seeming how they wernt made for this stuff, theyre lightweight, flexible, and they have pretty good grip out of the box but once you wear them for about 4 months they get worn down and theyre amazing! I had a pair for a year until i had to throw them away xD. Hope that helped a lil.
