  • @Aunpaidintern sweet Ann's voice provider's stage name is Jody

  • @animefreek141 I read somewhere that Kitto uses that name. But I can't find it. Let me look for it.

  • lololol "takes one to know one"

  • well they're both ugly and obnoxious.

  • I think that this is Sweet Ann's voice provider. If you look up Kitto you find out that she's from Australia. She releases most of her music in Sweden. She seems to be in Sweden a lot. Wouldn't that provide PowerFx the chance to record her? Frank Sanderson, the voice provider of Big Al, wasn't born in Sweden nor America, but he grew up in America and then later went to Sweden were he worked with PowerFx. hmm.......

  • @Aunpaidintern They don't sound alike at all though. :O

  • @Pikakatsuki Neither do KAITO and Fuga Naoto, Miku and Fujita Saki, Rin and Shimoda Asami, Luka and Asakawa Yu, Lily and Masuda Yuri, Miki and Furukawa Miki, Piko and Piko, Big Al and Frank Sanderson, MIRIAM and Miriam Stockley.

  • @Aunpaidintern "Piko and Piko." Teehee.

But no really, there's still similarity in their voices. Kitto has an insanely deep voice and such.

  • @Pikakatsuki Ya, I don't know the real Piko's real name. Nope, you're wrong. The only Vocaloids that have some similarities to their voice providers are Gakupo with Gackt, Gumi with Megumi, IA with Lia, MEIKO with Meiko, eh, Len kind of with Asami, just a hint though. And ya, Kitto does have a deep voice, but Saki had a not chipmunky voice like Miku and Asami doesn't have a screeching voice like Rin, and I'm sure that Kuniko Amemiya's voice isn't duck-like like Gachapoid.

  • AAAAAAAAAAAAA D:

  • tkulkeeduldoooo wooooooooootdulkdoowoooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!

  • Kitto: Bitch

Ann: *robotic voice* Takes one to know one

    Me: /dies

  • I thought I heard a bird there for a second!

  • It's not that Sweet Ann is a bad Vocaloid, it's that the user that made this obviously isn't very good with her.

  • @VoodooPuppies The company that made Sweet Ann made this! They just used her for a singing battle, for they are probably masters at Vocaloid. idk xD

  • @Snowloid Wow I had no idea! Thanks for telling me xD

  • LMAO. Sweet Ann pwnded you Kitto!

  • oH GOD... i just can't stop laughing! XD

  • i really hate those stupid jokes with vocaloids =.=

i mean cmon all 24 official vocaloids can sounds awesome if they are used well...i personally love them all

  • @Paulchan93 PowerFX made this Paul...

when the company itself makes a joke, its considered acceptable. -_-'

  • Far out!

  • I came here because Seet Ann was mentionedI in an article I just read online about the japanese hologram singing at concerts. What I didn't count on was the high notes she hits scareing the 2 slumbering cats in the room. They didn't appreciate the moment as much as I did.

  • 0:04 to 0:09

    orgasm

  • I seriously just went "WUT."

lawl "takes one to know one"

  • Hahahaha, this is awesome!

  • LMAO WHEN SWEET SWEET ANN WAS OPENING HER MOUTH I COULDN'T STOP LAUGHING

  • Who wins?

  • kuku takes one to knoe one

  • So can I I I I I I I I I I *BOOM*

  • @IronPox Tough luck pal. She's a Vocaloid. You were expecting EVERY vocaloid to be like the Crypton Future Media ones? And she isn't Japanese. >:-P

  • @AngelEmfrbl

But you should admit that the pic is awful XD

  • WHAT.

  • Kitto got owned big time!

  • Sweet Ann scares me. O_O

  • ... OLOL.

  • *dies*

  • Lol!

  • Oh god. I loled so hard.

  • human voices rocks!

  • Jeez If there were more videos like these ones.

    Comparing humans to vocaloids.

    It's kind of funny :D

  • I guess, if anything, this proves that it's a lot more trouble to learn to handle a vocaloid correctly than to pay a human singer to sing.

And that Sweet Ann was created for a style of singing ENTIRELY identical to Kitto's.

  • I like the idea of giving Sweet Ann a 50's like box cover, but really now... that's just scary, of course she's not popular! But her voice is so amazing, she deserves better... as long as they don't make her new box art like Big Al's, because that looks like it was home made T_T

  • Are you talking about his old art where he looks like Frankenstein or his new one? cause I know the new one was to try to appease both western users and eastern users by giving him a look, but one that wasn't to animeish or zombie like.

  • rofl

    "...bitch"

    "Takes one to know one"

    totally made me lol

  • great your revenge against Vocaloid and sometimes I use SweetAnn because I'm completly detuned five stars I give you

  • "Takes one to know one." :3

  • You know, it really bugs me that the other Vocaloids are so cute and Sweet Ann is so...Satan-like in appearance. What's with the eyes? Why does she have stitches along her neck for crying out loud? I don't understand why they did this to her.

  • And I just noticed this- on her box art it even looks like she's standing in front of hellfire. What is WITH that? My GOD!

  • her face is just creepy

  • Since the Japanese Vocaloids can (usually aren't but can) be portrayed as robots, the English ones are going for the image of creepy, or monster-like....

  • Yeah, that's what i've heard too :P

The english ones, in an attempt to make them more popular, are going for their own creepy imaging....

  • @ToromaKanieren Only PowerFX. Zero-G isn't going for the same style with their Vocaloids (there isn't just one English producing studio).

  • @AngelEmfrbl Yeah, I've noticed :P

  • lol I love listening to this upload.

    Ann is so fun

  • ...Okay, so is PowerFX INTENTIONALLY making "Sweet" Ann look creepy enough to give us nightmares?

  • @a5paragu5

On Nico Nico, it's really a joke that people make fun of her, by making a rumor Sweet Ann can shoot "lasers" out of her eyes.

  • wow.. the creator/owner of Sweet Ann has the word btch in their advertising YouTube video...??

    But I LIKE IT

  • "Bitch"

    "Takes one to know one"

  • I rofld when Sweet Ann broke. Lol.

  • Comment removed

  • o____________o

  • lol 5 stars lmao

  • XD "Takes one to know one" I was just clicking random videos and found this, I couldnt stop laughing! LOL! XD

  • WTF.... xD

  • It sounds like some one that has no idea how to work VOCALOID made this xD

  • Max Headroom Call your Agent!

  • xDD TAKES ONE TO KNOW ONE. X3

  • LOL That was very well done! :D

  • she is not real what in hell are you thinking ?

  • Takes one to know one. In a monotone voice; so funny.

  • honestly...the japanese voices are way better than the english voices...

  • Because the Japanese ones have a better range for the vocals, where it seems the English Vocaloids, tend be set for one range and one kind of style of singing

  • No. ALL the vocaloids are like that. Each one tends to favor one style over the other. None of them are all that flexible. The Japanese ones tend to be used for pop/tech songs and they are appropriate for that. They are also bound to their language. Ever hear Miku sing in english? It comes complete with thick accent. Sweet Ann is more appropriate for slow country music. And it also depends on the users skill of getting something good out of it.

  • @sor3999 I'll have to agree with this,1000000 times.

  • @sor3999 megurine luka program can use english. and i think gakupo can use it too.

  • XDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

  • But Sweet Ann is much sweeter than Shitto.

  • HAHAHAHAHA!

that last part made me giggle like mad!

  • I don't under stand how the japanese vocaliods are so much better than the english ones. I wish they'd improve the english ones.

  • Well.. maybe it has something to do with Japanese being easier to pronounce?

  • lol... pronunciation has nothing to do with it... it's more about the way that words are formed and the rules of the languages... and exactly how is japanese easier to pronounce than english? XD

  • Well... Japanese would be easier to pronounce, because they don't have different ways of pronouncing things like us... (example- c also sounding like a k) meanwhile with them, 'no' always sounds like 'no', 'tsu' always sounds like 'tsu', etc. And they have one symbol for each of those syllables. We have.. ch, or ph, and it would be so much more work.

  • ...XD

  • my ears are bleeding from the high part

  • If the point of this video is to make people want to purchase Sweet Ann, this a massive screw-up.

Sweet Ann doesn't sound much better than Microsoft Bob, to me, and I don't think whoever was scripting her sounds was doing much better.

All the short "I"s for example.

    I'm sticking with Hatsune Miku.

I love how Kitto looks like she is in such pain during parts. Whoever she is, she redeemed it a bit.

    This Promotional Video = FAIL.

  • Yeah, the english versions aren't that much better than your regular 90's voice synthesizer, but the japanese voices are pretty impressive. A shame really :/

  • Kitto: B****

Not-So-Sweet Ann: Takes one to know one!

    "Sweet" Ann Just Owned Kitto!!!

  • Im baaaaaack! :) fab clip Ax

  • Ah this is the best..Kittos vocals always kick ass!!Go hard Sweet child o mine!

  • That video is hilarious! Thanks for the laugh.

  • Cooool!!

Sweet Ann seems to sing better than Hatsune Miku.

  • hahaha ;) I love it.

  • Great stuff..Makes the point!

  • this is the worst

  • Cool... A little bit scary...

best part; Kitto used the "B" word!!! (heavens!)
