No wonder why germans collapsed totally in Belo Russia during summer 1944. Armygroup Center got any aircover at all - only about 40 serviceable fighters against Soviet airforces of 6000 aircrafts. Huge majority of Luftwaffe fighters were in Reich, Italy and west. And already in autumn 43 about 2/3 of german fighters were operationg just against US 8th Air Force.

40 vs. 6000 in Belo Russia. That's why i'll say it in this way - western allies cleared the eastern sky for russian pilots.

The only mistakes the germans made in ww2 was the pursuit of very advanced technology(V bombs,Tiger tanks,Puma armored cars,Jet planes) which were of course great but hard to manufacture and very expensive and the fact that they let Adolf run operations as he wished by early 1942.Apart from that the Allies made hell lot more military blunders of the highest magnitude(Anzio,Monte Cassino,Kiew,1942 Invasion of France when the Canadians were butchered,Kasserine,Kharkow 1943,Ardennes ignorance)etc

The Germans lost to the Russians, 87% of the German casualties and deaths were on the Eastern front, and the Russians where severely lacking military technology, even rifles. So I dont know about superior tactics, their first mistake was to invade the soviet union.

The Wehrmacht was a well drilled and disciplined army with excellent officers. Each soldier a real professional. One American General (can't recall who) said each German soldier is worth 1.25 American soldiers They were stopped (thank goodness) by the Russian winter, Hitler interfering with army tactics, and the hordes of Soviet soldiers who had no choice but to attack or be shot by their own officers.

In 1944 the Soviet Army launched a huge Bagration Operation when in the middle of the SUMMER it conducted a perfect mirror operation to Barbarossa (began June 22, 1941) by punching through, surrounding and completely destroying about 20 German divisions and demolishing the entire Army Group Center in Western USSR. This giant operation to free the last bits of occupied Soviet territory began on June 22, 1944. Read history, not mythology!

d-day was on june 1944. When Germans surrendered to Britain and etc. Except Germans refused to surrender to Russia.After this footage. All in all Russians were alone fighting on the east. And in the west many countries volunteered. All in all these russians had guts.

By the end of 1941 the German Army far outnumbered the red Army.  Until the end of 1943 the German and Axis powers had far more superior human and industrial resources. The Red Army never outnumbered the German Army by more than 30% until the end of the war. The Soviets often concentrated 8:1 soldiers in certain areas to make sure they break through the German defenses - but Germans were doing the same early in the war.

Your statement that the axis has greater human resources up to 1943 is crazy. You are saying Germany, Japan and for a while Italy had more human resources than the USSR, not to mention the USA, China, the whole British Empire and Commonwealth!!???!! Insane. Same on the Industrial front. The Americans alone produced more Sherman tanks than the Germans built of every type of AFV.

Do not forget the Germans did not declare TOTAL WAR until 1943!
