As we already said, you can't. This is not a Catalog, it's a Year Book. You see things that happened throughout the year.. It's just so the people who are going to play Club Penguin in 2 years, will be able to know what happened two years ago..

You don't get them. Pins are available to get them only for two weeks once they are released. This book, as its title says, it's most(if not everything) things that happened throughout the year. With these cheats, you can see all the pins(I don't know if there are any missing, probably there are a few) which you could get this year.
