the hasemites are not persian saffavids. or did u think i was talking about the same group? more than one group or sect are capable of rebelling against and attacking and working to overthrow the Khaliphate - right?? c'mon, lets a think a little! as a contemporary example, think about the situation in Iraq where we have two separate and distinct entities coming together for a common purpose against ahlul wa sunnah in Iraq. that would be the american empire and post-revolution Iran. the irony.

no problem brother. just look up the history of ibn Saud - he is the founder of Saudi Arabia and sided with the british against the Ottoman Khalifah. this no different than how Sultan bin Abdul Aziz is today, siding with the crusaders against the Mujahideen of afghanistan/pakistan.

I wished that I've lived during the Ottoman Khilafa, it was the greatest muslim empire ever.
But don't you think that ibn Saud's actions were only a reason for the Ottoman Khilafah to collapse, rather than being a cause?
What battles did Ibn Saud have with the Ottomans?
What actions were taken by Sultan bin Abdul Aziz today, that were considered as siding with the crusaders against the Mujahideen of afghanistan/pakistan ?
