IN EACH (main or subwoofer) sinosidual_waveform "single" cycle ... ie .. EACH TIME - ur single subwoofer .. goes IN & OUT (once - one cycle) 10 subs at different phase angles .. PUMP - at every 36 degs - of that "single_speaker's" SINGLE 360 deg cycle)
@QUIX4U are you saying to wire multiple subs out of phase? You realize thats horrible to do. For one it ruins the acoustics. It makes a warbly sound, and the bass seemes like there are 2 notes an octave apart playing at the same time. It also limits the subwoofer drivers. The pressure from one subwoofer is increasing in the enclosure whilst the other sub is creating less pressure by moving out. It will limit the subwoofers movement aswell! @scrammy18 Lol! You need it especially since the sub is facing the trunk, so the sound waves bounce off it, so you don't want the trunk to act like a sponge! :P
And I'm getting 2, yes 2 sundown audio SA-8 dual 2 ohms. People push (ON CLEAN POWER!!!!) around 700rms, so I'd be getting around 1,400rms around there, but I'd probably only be able to burp/keep it up for a little bit of time as not to heat up the coil too much. I'd go bigger but I'm only 14 in my parents car. They say no bigger!! :P
sounds like someone's balls finally dropped xD i would try and eventually get a sundown sa-8 and put it ona bout 1000-1200 watts rms ina bout a 0.8 cubic ft box tuned to like 34-36 hz with alot of port area and that would be slappin

Well, Idk if its better, since stupid pierce audio is so slow at posting the specs, but a pierce audio EMP8 with a 2" voice coil. But they havent posted any specs up. I'll get two. The enclosure is 1 cu. ft tuned to 35hz, 3.5" diameter port, with a wicked large flare on the back, lol makes the port silent.
