Seat looks about 5mm too high,Try 100-120 rpm on the trainer without going out of shape,You are in a very aggressive aero position,,If you can hold that for the race you should be fast ;).
I think you definitely lower your seat dude. You're pedal stroke is being compromised because your seat is too high. Your foot does not "flatten"out at the bottom of the stroke. Flipping the stem was a good move the shape of the front part of your body is almost spot on. Lowering the seat a smitch will fix the rest.
i think if you drop the seat just a bit that might take care of most of it and allow you to fully power stroke the pedal without your foot being stretched out. check it out and best to you in racing this year!!!
back is too bowed. need to stretch out a bit bringing elbows back some and raising chest-shoulders up to open your hip angle, if you can hold that low of a position for over 50 miles thats awesome, but bringing yourself up some wont hurt your aero that much and will give you a heck of alot more power
I have adjusted my set-up. Lowered the saddle and moved it forward. Also flipped the stem to bring the base bar and elbow pads higher. Check out the new set-up at:

Looks relly good. It's nice to see that there isn't alot of motion in you hips and low back which is usaully a sign something is really off. Show a front and back view. Your elbows look close in, that's good. You almost look like you are lower than you need to be which may cost you power. Try a roll/coast down a long hill with a.couple different positions and see if the time is different.Get a good aero helmet. Your heel stays really high throughout the cycle is that the same as your road bike?
i think what will help you the most is stretching your back a little, it looks a little bit stiff, but that might be becuase you are using it to stabalize your hips becuase your seat is a little too tall.
hey man, i just got your message, i think that your fit looks pretty solid. only thing is if i could see a fit from behind to judge saddle height. through a video is tough, but just from the profile shot it looks like the seat is a little to tall. I try to have my heal drop even with my pedal spindal so i can use my hamstrings better. Also i dont know about your flexability but if you are to do triathlons the position is good, but for an actuall tt, i would get a lower stem. fore aft is good.

Put your aero helmet on so we can see where the point is resting.
