  • Time does fly...just 6 years ago in the Army I was running 2 miles in just over 12 minutes, and now my goal is just to be able to jog a mile without weezing! haha

  • i only made it to week 6 of C25K too! Then had sickness for three weeks - then I raced! I'm glad I'm not the only person who went ahead and did it!

    My race time was 35:30. I paid the price - my IT bands were shot!

  • i think you did fabulous! doesn't matter how fast you get to the end, but that you get there! i am a super slow runner but i just dont let that get to me..after all, i never dreamed last year that i would be running at all this year..i only planned to do walking and water aerobics for the rest of my life..who knew?
