hey thanks, i tend to find i end up gripping the bar to hard if i use thumb grip so its just more comfortable thumbless, sorry im not sure what u meant by push your body through the bar though? cheers

Why do you do thumbless grip on most things? and on military press why do you not push your body through the bar? other than that nice form
