  • Love your videos! In May 2011, my morning blood pressure was about 140/90. That got me motivated to reduce my weight from 232 lbs to 190 lbs, jog 3 km/day with my dog and continue the Tai Chi I have been doing for 6 years. Now my blood pressure is 120/80 and I hope it will go lower as I continue to my target weight of 170 lbs. No drugs in my regime.
