I have two questions though. How did you make the second floor appear while you were still on the first floor? It looked like you used the ceiling toggle tool, but it doesn't happen for me.

You have to use the phone and select the option that is called "Invite Headmaster" . The Headmaster will come over to your house at 5:00 pm. To impress the Headmaster, you need to give him a tour of your house by clicking on him ("Entertain...Give Tour"). You will then have to walk into different rooms and click the Headmaster ("Show Room"). You then have to make him dinner and schmooze him. You have to have at least 90 points in the point system to get your kid(s) into the private school.
