pllzzz help im getting a drop speed with grizzlyz and 4 wheels i cant decide between zombies, flash backs or cult classics please help (im freeriding and sliding mainly)
@MrFootylegend123 all are good slide wheels.. zombies and flashbacks ware out fairl fast though i personally prefer flashbacks there a real smooth slide when you brake them in but when it comes down to it its all prefrence like i personally like abec freerides
I have a Sector 9 campus cruzer and I do alot of freeriding with it but I want a better freeride board that is symmetrical and is really good at downhill as well. Would the 9 two 5 be a good choice?
@3yrmoth3rfuck3r wow thanks man thats a nice straight to the point explanation. Very helpful. Im gonna go with the zombies then. Now all i have to do is decide...9to5 or switchblade? Hmmmm its such a hard decision cuz they both look so good haha
@zoozeema I have tried both and the zombies are so much better although i think the stims last longer but for performance i would choose zombies easily.
hey i live in so cal, and i am a freeride/downhill kind of rider and im thinking of getting either the wolf shark or the switchblade. do u have a recommendation? thanks
haha funny video I got zombie hawgs on my Landyachtz Drop speed. There pretty grippy though so I might need to go out and buy a pair that are less grippy so I can practice sliding.
@Fortune2point0 Oh really. Thanks for the reply, I'll just stick with these wheels I got on my board right now then. The guy at the shop told me that these wheels (82a Yellows) which came with the board wouldn't be good for sliding but I'm thinking he never knew what he was talking about.
hey will these wheels hold up to freestyle? like, big bonelesses + stuff like that? coz i had a set of spoked wheels a little while ago and i destroyed them pretty fast...
@OoBiGsHoToO they both slide like butter, but 84 for faster slides, and 80 for smoother slides and a tad more grip. I love them both. trust me you can't go wrong with either.

so i am super intrested in the spud/switch i will be setting it up with randall 42 degree baseplates, and some otang durians. i was wondering which length would be better for me? im 5-3 110 pounds. im still growing so i dont want to grow out of the board, and i dont want to be to crowded on foot space because im used to my 39 inch board. which one do you think?
hey yeah what model of the zombies would be best for sliding and weight like 110 lbs and have the landyahtz drop speed board. the black ones or the white thx
hay guys what up..just ask if these wheels is better than the stimulus orangatang..because i'm planning to take these wheels and i dont know if this would be better for sliding and some carving than the stimulus...tnx.
i live in the UK and im rather interested in the spud, i was wondering what's the easiest way to get my hands on one without having to get it shipped from the US
@UnWrittenUK thanks for the question. If you're looking into our gear and you live in the UK you could e-mail richard@jandrsports.co.uk as he is our U.K. contact.
i have a question. i might want to get the drop carve and im about 5' 3" and around 95 pounds. there are a lot of flats around me but also good hills that i want to carve. i also want my board to be able to turn pretty easily because since i am so light i sometimes have trouble carving. i really don't know what board to get and i hope you can help out. also can u please include the setup? srry about all of these questions, but i really want to get the right board. so thx in advance.
should i get these in the black color 80a i believe or i may be wrong but regardless id get the black, those or the gravity whit 77a high grade wheels for sliding? which would you recomend? and my deck is the switch
I live in a suburb of chicago and i ride the parking garages all day. i wanted a better board and i heard you guys make good ones. what board is good for riding garages and cruising around? Thanks
@colinboy100 thanks for the question. Depending on your height, I would personally recommend either the switch or the spud as they are dropped, which adds stability, and have foot pockets built into the deck giving you a tremendous amount of control for those tight parking garage corners. Hope this helps and if you have any more questions, send us an e-mail.
What board is better for riding parking garages? i live in the suburbs of chicago and i dont whant any thing bigger than around 42. can anyone please help?
@Slayer11001 thanks for the question. The nine two five is a very competent downhill board. The drop through truck mounting brings it lower to the ground adding stability. It's also made of 9 plies of maples making the deck very stiff and sturdy for high speeds. Many of our team riders use it as both a down-hill and free-ride board. All you have to do is change the wheels and bushings.
Hey kakashi1233. Thanks for your question, a lot of people wonder about this. Both wheels are pre-ground with rounded edges to slide great right out of the box. The 84a's tend to break out and slide more easily but the 80a's tend to slide more predictably.
@TheRandomLifeOfJosh what type of riding do you want i personaly go riding with the Eh Team and a great freeride set up would be the switch with bear grizzly 852's and of course the zombie wheels but just for you to no the white ones are much easyer to slide and the black ones silde but are great for carving and bombing hills i hope that helped have a good one :D
@kidc121 thats wat i was deciding and im now gonna get the 9two5 because its more for freeride yet some are riding them as dh boards. both are great but the 9two5 has the freeride win for me
@skatefan225 what board you got? cuz i have the switch with these bad boys and i was used to looser trucks than my grizzlies and i realized you need speed for the stand ups
@skatefan225 u gotta get used to distributing ur weight on the front then switching it to the back thats what i had trouble with i was used to originals
How is this disrespectful? i skate through a graveyard every moring on the way to school, it's right in the middle of the city, it's a nice shortcut. that being said, how in any way are these guys being disrespectful? easy, they are not.
i dont knowwich one to choose between the 80 or 84 cause i know that the 80a are grippier but i want to be able to still do good stand ups and lots of slide and most of the slides i do are at high speeds...
@hoax3 no way, we all end up there someday, sooner for those of us who bomb gnar... it would be an honor to bomb to your death in a cemetary as long as it was a gnar enough hill.
@arebeast its 80a and 84a i have people have said 84 are to sliperry and u do accidental stand up slides and the 80 are more predictable and better for high speed slides
I believe it is their new white formula (monster hawgs 80a) poured in the regular hawgs mold. The new white formula drifts like mad, theyre very smooth for 80a but the hawgs shape allow for even better drifting and sliding. Cant wait. Preorders start this friday the 13th
