Motorn vid 3.21 är väl en västervikare? Jag har en så´n, dock inte startat upp den ännu. Synd att det inte är samma jämna lunk på den som de flesta andra. Fick ett tips av en jobbkamrat, skippa frislag, för att gasa, resp avdrag: höj-sänk pump istället, tänder varje varv!!! Hoppas jag får vagnen ur arslet å sätter snurr på den.

En motor med frislagsregulator får ju aldrig någon jämn gång, obelastad.

Du kan inte skippa regulatorn, motorn kommer att rusa och riskerar att skadas.

Vill du ha en jämn gång så bygg om

till centrifugalregulator istället.

Jag hade nog köpt en annan motor med

just centrifugalregulator istället.

Jag gillar inte heller gången på en obel-

astad frislagare. Men smaken är olika

som tur är. Lycka till.

I hope many hot bulb engines are saved from the scrapman. These are reliable (if sometimes hard to start) engines and part of our heritage.

You know, there was about 100 different manufactors of hot bulb engines in Sweden. There was Skandia who still makes parts to modern marine diesels, and Bolinder Munktell, today Volvo BM (Volvo). And Seffle and Lidan (Hägglunds today. And there was many more small manufactors.

Add to that all the hundreds of manufacturers in norway and denmark and you gat a nice variety...

Tackar! Det har funnits ca 100 olika tillverkare av tändkulor i Sverige med. Idag finns det ingen som bygger tändkulor längre. Men en Hundested kan man beställa i Danmark, tyvärr så är priset helt vansinnigt högt. Dom bygger antagligen av sitt reservdelslager, då blir det väldigt dyrt. Ungefär som att köpa en bil i delar( reservdelspris), det blir väldigt dyrt. Ha det gott.
