@myasus100 Hi. I don't think that there are any rules about this. As always, if you have any kind of health condition please speak to a health professional to make sure that these techniques are appropriate.
This video is intended as a guided relaxation so remember that is may make you very relaxed/drowsy. Don't do it before using any machinery, before driving or before doing anything where you need to be alert and in charge!
@myasus100 Hi, no, I'm not a psychologist. With regards to your question, I think that it depends on your purpose and whether you are practicing the full length versions of these tracks or just the short ones here. AT and PR are different approaches. Unfortunately I can't give personal advice or recommendations.
I've just begun Autogenic training (still practicing the first phase) and simply wanted to get a better feel of what the entire routine would be like. This vid helped a lot. I'm going to continue going through each phase a day at a time in hopes to perfect the therapy better. I'm optimistic that A.T. will help me establish better concentration habits, as well as a more organized mind set and relief to some of the frequent anxiety and alarming negativity that plagues me.
How many times should a person do this in a week? Should they do it at night or day?

I prefer to do it occasionally before sleep.
