Yup, Elvis once said, he didn`t mind if the fans tore the shirt from his back because they put it there, in other words he knew exactly it was the fans who put him where he was and he very much appreciated it.
If I'd been there looking at the amazing piece of perfection, I'd not been able to contain myself. He is truely the most beautiful human being EVER. And his smile...is it not the most genuine smile you've ever seen?
@utuberinus You are so right, he is the most handsome man to ever walk the earth. He was truly blessed with looks, voice, charisma, charm, gererosity. He was a one off and no one but no one will ever replace him. x
To me, after visiting Graceland and seeing for myself just how low the wall is around the place, it proves to me that Elvis did not have big ideas about himself . Most stars os today have 15ft walls built around to keep folks out, Elvis used to spend time with his fans and loved them dearly.
Me too, that is my one big regret although when I visited Graceland and sat in the meditation garden it was as though Elvis was there, surreal, that is one experience I will cherrish till the day I die.
