@sam24626 he did the reload trick. when you finish putting the ammo clip in the gun, you can swap twice to pull out your weapon with the weapon already loaded. decreases reload time. if you look at the top where the ammo is shown when the four sniper shot boxed are filled in, you no longer have to wait for the full time, becasue the weapon is already considered loaded. the rest is just animation that takes time.
