@Xandersama I did watch the show but it still doesn't explain why he turned blue moria absorbed 1000 shadows but he didn't change color he only got really big and strong and lost control of the shadows after the mast of the ship fell on him

@BlackRaider1244 moria dosen't changed color because he is the master of the shadows, luffy not. luffy had only 1 shadow - his own. now he got many other inside and like moria he lost the control only for safe nami and ussop

@BlackRaider1244 I can already tell you don't even bother to watch this show. Gekko Moria the man with the crazy laugh in here was the ability to control shadows and even remove someone's shadow. He puts these shadows in undead bodies, those people have their own will but carry on the characteristics of the person's shadow inside of them. When a living person takes in someone else's shadow its only temporary. Luffy's a devil fruit user so he took in more than one shadow, a lot more. which [cont]

@BlackRaider1244 [cont] not only gave him great strength and skill but greatly changed his appearance and attitude for the short period of time he can endure all those shadows. It made him ridiculously strong as you can see but he had to act fast before the shadows depart from his body. Unlike the dead, living people can't keep in someone else's shadow for very long. The only way to get someone's shadow out of a dead body is by placing salt in their mouth. There now you know.
