I bought that exact phone a little over a year ago, I got it brand new and when they first came out, not even 2 days after I bought it, the screen broke. The damn thing was in my pocket, I took it out to call someone and the screen was messed up. I went to t-mobile and they said I broke it and wouldn't replace it unless I had a credit card to do the insurance on it. Needless to say I never used t-mobile again. Had I broke it yea I woulda paid another 50 bucks for replacement.Since I didn't yea!!

I got this phone last year for my birthday, and the screen broke within 3 MONTHS. I took GREAT care of it but it broke...Luckily tmobile sent me a new one(free) but guess what IT BROKE AGAIN. Its a terrible phone, but it does take great pictures, and its good for music playing. But I would never get it again. Its too thick, and really just not worth it.

I think it's ded good, you can get themes on it but the only problems are the speaker isn't that good and the fact that you can't put videos from youtube onto it, not alot of files are supported for it.

actually you can. search up a youtube video downloader and install it. run it and choose a youtube url. Then, use a 3gp file converter and convert the youtube video(s) into 3gp files. Then connect your phone to the computer and put it in your phone

It hasn't froze for me at all, but it does lag - A lot. When you click things it can take a while, so sometimes you click it a second time just to find out that it is going to enter the folder and the next folder selected after that when you meant to just open the first one. I guess it just takes a while to get used to.

Yes, unless you bought them at the Itunes store. Regular mp3 and aac files play on the 5300. "Protected" AACs bought at the iTunes store only play on iPods and iTunes on your computer (though you can convert them to work on the 5300).

WHen you hold the phone front view the right side seems to be loose and kinda flimsy and i havent dropped it yet. I have this phone and im not sure if im the only one that has this problem. Overall this phone is great, the best phone I have owned so far.

The top half of the phone definitely wiggles around a little bit in its slider tracks, but I haven't had any problems with it. Pretty solidly built, as almost all Nokias are.
