Barack's Message for the Disabled Veterans Convention

I'd like to see disabled veterans, wounded in combat, that have been discharged due to injury, receive not only the health benefits provided by the VA, but with post privileges as well. There are many people that were able to retire, without combat, and they and their families receive full post privileges. Injured/discharged, unretired warfighters, should get the same opportunity.

It is a growing concern actually. There are a great deal of veterans suffering from PTSD and while little is being done, the need is beginning to be seen and it will be addressed. If not, then call up congressmen.

You are right however, that bipolar and depression are serious issues that have relatively simple and cheap solutions. I would expect that with the growing evidence of mental disorders amongst veterans, there will be some changes happening soon.
