@drsamrizk im susrprised you have any patients at all,that patient is not 1 week out from surgery if the entire photo isnt faked at all.Theres another photo on 1 of your posts where a black mans nose has been halved in size by photoshopping,the kind of reduction to all nasal parts is completely impossible.
@billysue2 This patient is a doctor from las vegas who came to have revision rhinoplasty in New York with Dr Rizk. The picture was taken as soon as the cast was removed and patient still has eye bruising at 1 week. Patient had to return back to work in Las Vegas and picture was taken before he left. Patient is a physician and this result is very achievable with medpor implant and proper osteotomies.
@billysue2 It is important to do low-low osteotomies in addition to the medpor implant to achieve this real untouched result. This is a real result on a real patient who is a doctor who also had left a google comment and even does not mind being contacted regarding his surgery to confirm this is his real result and real picture.
