@soccercat1 They are really getting the royal screw job from the Feds. I heard some of the crap the Feds have pulled. What a**holes. Tramping in an out of the cheese caves, dragging dirt and contaminants with them then turning around and citing Estrella for having dirt and contamination. And NOT ONE TINY issue at all with the cheeses themselves! They are perfectly fine! Great power in the hands of small minds.
