O.K. Got it. They swing along nicely. Quite cool. I know that number, it's really quite a well-known number, but I'm having an early senior moment. What is it again? Rampart Street Blues?
Ian Stewert the 6th Stone...when Andrew Moog Oldham became the manager he demoted Stew from band member to back-up musician because Oldham thought he looked too much like an accountant and didn't fit the Stones image...
NO, I repeat myself... Stu is NOT in this video, Stu was the producer but he is not in stage, he does not appear a single second in this video. Please see pictures of him, he is completely different
The piano players are Bob Hall (Savoy Brown fame) and George Green. The othe musicians are Charlie Watts, Alexis Korner, Jack Bruce (Cream fame), Dick Morissey (sax), Colin Smith (trumpet)and John Picard (trombone)
I Repeat myself Stu is NOT on stage, visit my page about Stu for pictures and see that nobody there looks like him. However he was the producer of Rocket 88
g you are right-good going , that would stump a lot of STONES FANS-SEE AND WHO SAYS CHARLIE DON'T DO ANYTHING-I AM SURE HE WHACHTES HIS POUNDS AND CASH GO UP IN ALL COUNTRYS
This Concert was given on Saturday in Carrousel Zaal, announced as Bob Hall/George Green Boogie Woogie Band with special guest Cousin Joe from New Orleans, additionally Alexis Corner, Jack Bruce and Charlie Watts - what famous names.....a great concert, I was just 22 Years old.
