Tight band -- yes. But Sturr is Irish. There are many good, original polish Polka musicians out there, and he calls himself the "king." His ancestors threw rocks at Poles when they came off the trains to this country. Sturr is to polka what Elvis is to R&B, and Eminem is to rap.

He does an awesome job on polkas..for an Irish boy! He plays Liberty Park in Jersey City, NJ every summer..this year July 13th. I love when he salutes the veterans..the audience stands and faces the flag as he does a recitation. I get goose bumps remembering..and we're right across the water from Ground Zero. Way to go, Jimmy!
