People in the UK get arrested and some lose their drivers license just for operating a mobile phone whilst driving let alone video equipment etc. It comes under "Careless Driving" and/or "Dangerous Driving" and is a serious offence in the UK. It really angers people because a lot of accidents are caused and lives lost because of these drivers.

No it is not illegal. Prostitution is a specific act in the eyes of the law not a label you put on someone. That's what makes it so hard for police. A girl can stand on the corner in front of a cop and get in a car and there is nothing the officer can do in most cases. It used to be illegal to 'consort' with a hooker, but that was deemed unconstitutional.

So I guess if a christian missionary picks up a girl in his truck to take her to the local soup kitchen there is good chance his truck and license plate number will end up on twitter before he even gets to his destination. That would be pretty embarrassing for that good samaritan.

What would he have to worry about? Sounds to me like you like making excuses. Additionally, these girls know where the soup kitchen is and have little interest in it. Several of the girls I tape drive BMW's and Jaguars. Some are homeless, but they aren't hooking to get food, there are dozens of free food pantries, WIC and foodstamps. They hook for drugs.
