  • use a turkey baster and suck out the algea

  • i have found a much better easier way and cheeper than the tweezers

  • Great! What is it?

  • @paolo333333 emerald crab.. they are eating machine i recoment at least 2 per 10 gallons they will eat this non stop and when its all gone they will remain eating small invisible particles and flakes or what ever you feed your fish so they are perfect no plucking no getting wet and for about 4 bucks you cant go wrong they are awesome and beautiful they also do not pick on fish or corals and do not climb out!!!! check out my tank new vid coming tommorrow

  • @riderinblack57 Nooo wait i still have hair algae buttt if you put an urchin in the tank and place him on the algae in 5 mi ns he will eat it

  • @thegoodsoflife an emerald crab is not a complete fix its only a solution but if you give him time he will rid your tank of it the problem with urchins is they cant get in tight spaces as the crab cant and the crab is alot cheaper if you want to get eid of it for sure then attack the root of the prob ... i hope this clears it up

  • Great! I am going to get one.

PS Does it also climb into the rocks?

  • @paolo333333 yes this crrab goes everywhere but at the same time leaves all your stuff alone they are awesome i posted a short vid of mine eating its not very informational but you can see mine in action they are the perfect solution good luck

p.s. get a small one they eat more

  • Fantastic, thank you!

  • @paolo333333 your very welcome

  • @riderinblack57 When I had my Emerald Crab, he picked at my corals, especially my Daisy's (which are all gone due to him). Idk, I might of had a bad one or something lol.

  • Very nice tank. I just got a frag of purple mushrooms yesterday and I heard once they grow they grow like crazy, I have a 14g biocube. Were should I place them I know they need space away fomr my other coral but I guess im worried that they'll grow right new to them.

  • Thank you!

Anything will eventually overgrow, mushrooms don't require a lot of light and require low current, just put them were they look their best as you turn them.

  • @paolo333333 I was just worried about them stinging my other coral. LoL So they should be ok just about anywhere?

  • Don`t worrie they don`t sting and they will grow anyware.

  • @paolo333333 Ok thanks for the info

  • Any time!

  • The new NanoMag magnetic algae cleaner works great on the curved glass on Nano cubes and slips easliy behind rocks and corals.

  • Cool, I have to check and see if they sell it here in Canada.

  • Hi Paolo, have just watched your video on algae removal, the tip on removal from the glass looks helpful at the moment I use a scraper but is not very good in the corners so have to get my hand in ( not very good I no!! ) will give this a go thanks.
