Oh and don't re-use them shitty thermal pads, get some thermal paste and put that on the chips then stick the pennies to it

The penny fix is good but it works better with heat shrink rather then insulation tape

As long as it contains copper it doesnt matter what u use heres a tip newer pennys work better electrical tape isnt really needed its just to hold the pennys thermal paste can hold them together direct contact is alot better. But however the way he did it is the same way all it does is save you time

i connected everything right, I turn it on its quiet and the fan is on and it has 3 red lights, then it keeps getting louder and louder and the fan faster and after the 10 seconds it displays the two lights and the fan stops

It worked for me. At first when i turned it on had 2 red rings instead of 3

Then i turn it off and on again the red rings were gone.

I then played it for about 4 hours and it is still working Thanks

i used the gel thermal compound on the chips on the 360 board.

then the pennies with black tape on the gel. I did not do the towel part
