INDIA why would you spend lot of money on space when your country is cow dunk shit.Think about 80% of your population life below povety plus AIDS, CORRUPTION.Cars that dont move. PEOPLE LIVE IN THE STREET SHOWER IN THE STREET.ONE OF THE DIRTYEST COUNTRY IN THE WORLD.
One of the first things Indian Prime Minister did after getting independence is to spend a huge amount of money to set up Indian Institutes of Technology (with help from UK, Germany, US, Soviets)......
Poor were there then, they are now, they will be with us as Jesus foretold!....But if we do not invest in technology..... we will be nowhere.....you see India does not have excess oil wealth.... WE have to work hard if we have to make it!....
No one can progress without inspiration..... Kennedy's "Man on the Moon speech" ..... led to the growth of US.....the Soviets did not inspire there people .... they focused on basic necessities of life like free University education, etc. it did not work....
India needs sanitation, education and all that.....but a greater thing is inspiration......the rest will take care of itself!
