Liason427, thank you for sharing your thoughts on JaSam and how they just do not fit together. I completely agree with you. I'm a Liason fan too and also like you genuinely do not like Jason and Sam as a couple for the reasons you just described. I also agree with you about GH's portrayal of women of late.
Why is Jason always worrying about Carly, Sonny, & their families. When will Jason finally be free to live some kind of life without Carly & Sonny needed him to protect them and keep them safe. I mean Sonny's the big boss he should be able to protect his family. I wish the writers would let Jason have a life with Sam & have him stop neglecting her for everyone else, who's leaving him to rot in prison. while they continue on with there own lives.
I so sick & tried of the whole Franco obsessed with Jason storyline. I wish they would move on and why is Jason still in prison. Also, why does it seem like nobody other than Sam & Spinelli care. Why are Carly & Sonny not fighting to get Jason out of prison, since they are his "best friends". I mean if they really wanted to repay Jason for what he did for Michael, they would have him release right now.

One thing that is clear to me is that Jason does really love his son JAKE because of his continued absence from his life - I mean he doesn't even mention him - he's serious about protecting him.
I don't even like Jason today BUT I think that the way he sticks to his guns (pun intended) and protects Jake & Liz by extension says a hell of a lot about how he truly values them.
He loves Sam & we can justify that she can "handle" his lifestyle etc...but he hasn't really given anything up for her - she's "okay" to be in the line of fire...I find that troubling - and then it was mentioned before that he would give her up in order to help/save Michael & Carly...Sam is never #1 with Jason.
Sam is Jason's safe place-meaning he can do what he wants & make no real sacrifices...she will accept him however he comes to her. She will bend over backwards & take whatever he gives her.It's sad actually. At some point if Sam is honest with herself she will question how Jason can truly give up his son - the one person he undeniably loves unconditionally in the whole world - and yet still keep her around. If I were Sam I would question my worth - I mean real worth. Independant Sam is gone.
You know...I usually prefer JaSam to Liason but both Jason and Sam are getting on my last nerves. And Spinelli too. Wait until everyone finds out that Sam had an unarmed Franco in her living room and she didn't take the shot because she wanted to "spend more time with him". Even if she didn't feel comfortable in killing her, she could have at least shot him in the knee caps. They are both being extremely selfish.
i get ur reasons for not liking JaSam. I'm personally a JaSam lover and I'm not too found of Liz, but I do like her with Lucky. Personally as a JaSam lover I'm not enjoying how the writers are writing them... something feels off and its felt like that for awhile... at least for me it has
@clase406marcela1 I agree with you I am also a JaSam fan and they have been pulling them apart for months with just a little taste here and there. I think that it is not just SB but KM leaving GH. Oh and jason do love jake just think of what franco would have done had he known about jake as jason's son as for liz he didn't even know that she had the baby. I know he better say something dam good to sam tomorrow because I hate to say it but I would leave him she needs to know that she matters
@mrsesplato KM is supposed to be headed over to AMC and for all the quality screentime they've given her the past few months I can't say I blame her for jumping ship. I'm a Lusam fan myself at least when GV was playing the part I just feel like Sam gives up too much of herself when she's with Jason.

@mrsesplato SB is going to be leaving for a little while so I'm not really looking for a reunion on that front. Still a Liason fan but I'd really rather see Liz by herself for a while when the DNA truth comes out at least that way when she does get involved with someone it won't be a rebound or b/c he's the baby's daddy. Jason is just selfish and Sam has become his lapdog, shame really coz Kelly can act when she is given proper material, the writers have no clue and wot about Liz's baby that Franco has taken don't seem to concern, oh well... I really wish they would move Jason away from Sonny, Carly even Sam and Liz sometimes just too give him some more interaction with other characters and also some varity in storylines for him, the ones they are writing atm are just repetitive.

When she was with Lucky she got some of her fire back but the min she was with Jason again she started to fade! I wanted to go on about what a jerk he has been, but I felt I vented enough...and I meant what I said....I could care less about this character at this point...I don't see any of the qualities he used to have, that made me love him in the first place. @lynnber I totally understand what you are saying lynn. You do have a point. Part of the reason I don't upload them is I find alot of their storyline and scenes boring. If I think what they are doing is important to what is going on in the show... I have uploaded them. ....But I will keep this in mind and try to be more fair. I do upload for the fans not for myself. Why is it that Sam's actions in letting Franco go b/c Jason would go back to prison...sam even said" the next person that Franco hurts is on me." Guza wrote for Franco to take Aiden so why aren't they addressing the fact that a baby is gone? Funny, Jason doesn't say WHAT Franco yelled. I loathe Guza and his endless STUPIDITY.
