  • OMG! I am trying to pay attention to what the Crumb Boss is saying. However, the person filming is very annoying! Please tone it down a notch or two, three. I almost don't want to watch another video because of the person filming. I realize you are trying to be fun and upbeat, it's just tooooo much..just saying....

  • how did u dry the choclate? did u freeze in fridge? or just put it there? pls reply if u can i reli wanna make cake pops for my school anniversary =c

  • @coolgrabbit chocolate "sets" within minutes, especiallywhen your cake pops are taked from the freezer, the chocolate will set almost instant

  • To get the cake to not slip off the stick, do you put the balls in the fridge after you shape them, and then put the sticks in? Even when I dipped the sticks into the chocolate before sticking the cake balls they still didn't hold well.

  • @vty09 Nooooo, cake pop maker is just for baking little cake balls! They dont require any icing!

  • do u have any of these recipes for cake pop and the buttercream written out? i couldnt find it in your blog :(

  • @charmani123t Because I dont measure anything, I just take layers of cake and add icing to it to get the creamy consistency that I love, but here's a start, just take 1-8" layer and add 2 cups of buttercream to it, see how you like that.

  • @amandaypark No, the peanut butter will never get firm, but you can get peanut butter chips and melt them, them dip away!!!

  • @utopiad4 Its no bother! This is what I LIVE FOR!!! I love you guys and talking PASTRY!!! I really just eyeball it. I have been taking an 8" cake (which for me would be equivalent to 2 layers, as I explained I always bake double layers and slice them as you see me do in all of my cake vids) and then I throw in about 2 giant mounds of icing. I just use enough so the consistency is really mushy and creamy....not so much that you can't ball them up!

  • What kind of chocolate do you use? Is it tempered chocolate?

  • @Twiinky26 We use what is called a summer coating, whichis basically a chocolate that does NOT need to be tempered. This way it is user friendly to all the staffers at the bakery and we have NO MESS-UPS!! Just easier, and good quality. We use Merckens Brand Choc.
