  • what a load of shit... spirituality has nothing to do with building strength/muscle.

  • Elliot you def are an inspiration for me and how I look at studying not only training material but all material.

  • gravel pit YESSSS

  • Hey Elliot,

Don't mean to hassle, but I think I can guess who your mentor was. His name is Tomi Toles, a master CHEK practitioner based off Long Island, NY. Right? :P

  • Love the answer and the way you break down the way the spiritual is connected to the physical.

  • This video reminds me of a video Paul Chek did where he talks about how he lived in a car drawing a blueprint for his gym

  • Sorry I meant to say, does Paul chek only have a high school education?

  • Did u say that Paul

  • Ignore my first comment... That is freakin' good advice.. This video is worth money even though it doesn't go into any real specific details of the trade else than getting into the trade!

THIS IS FUCKING ADVICE TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN LIFE.

Thank you buddy for sharing, one can never get enough of it.

  • OMFG! I really like you're videos... it's so awesome.. inspiration and knowledge! :)

  • What gym did you work at in Westchester?

  • Could you do a video about your favorite books and author that we could use to educate ourselves more? I would like to see your thoughts about books and author and why you found them useful.

  • Thanks. I would love to train with you, but I live in Vegas. My goal is to play college football and I think you methods and your practice are perfect.

  • Straight up, one of the best videos I have ever watched. Thank you so much!

  • BEST video i have ever seen elliot do! it answered so many questions which arn't the usual type of things been asked! Elliott is in my opinion epic!

  • this dude needs to get a haircut, gain some weight, and use a fake a deep voice....and go too college

  • Elliot you are awesome, every time I listen to you I am shaking my head in agreement!!

  • man your great!

  • How much is strengthology 101?

  • LOVE THIS VIDEO...i'm currently going through the hard part of this process...graduating this year and spending the summer essentially whoring myself out to any colleges that are willing to let me intern there....but the goal is always the same, love this VIDEO!!

  • @Davidson032390 dont think of it as whoring.. sometimes you'll gain your best experience working for free or very little, especially if you put in a lot of effort. most duchebag interns just jerk around trying to earn credits and never really learn anything.

  • @strengthcamp I know, its just hard from the beginning...I'm staring at this summer as my true beginning, graduating in June, then hoping to find a college that will give me a shot, any shot..I bust my butt for nothing as it is at Drexel, and love every single second of it, something that no one understands...its just great to see someone who has been successful in this career-and is such a help to everyone-thanks Elliot, keep posting awesome videos and providing great info.

  • I want to be a trainer/ coach, professional bodybuilder, and entrepreneur.

  • nice yo elliot holding it down again with the best possible answers

  • Currently I'm taking HLC and CHEK exc. coach as well and I can tell you (By the way, I was majoring in exercise science) it is WWAAYY much more in depth than what you will learn in college. 1)School does not educate you on on nutrition (Let alone soil science) which should be the absolute foundation 2)You do not learn about organ/emotional/spiritual and its effects on muscle/joint pain (Yes you can get back pain from a dysfuntional colon!) 3)Don't learn about assessing the client

  • @TheShootersTouch

    CONTINUED>>>

4)Don't learn how to integrate a customized exercise plan for the client's needs 5)Think of the CHEK institute as a bunch of the best possible phys. therapists, nutritionists, chiros, spiritual leaders and trainers (Paul didn't just learn all the stuff himself) teaming up together and creating an effective program for pple in the field of health. Most of the stuff in college you can't retain anyways b/c of the way the profs are teaching (former A+ student)

  • hey Elliott at the end of the video who's was the free college course that you suggested?

  • @ethanomglolz I think he was referring to UCBerkley..google it...pretty awesome

  • whats the song in the intro...i know its a wu tang song i havent heard in a while..if anyone knows holla at pimp

  • This guy just threw his life away...

  • $18,000 in one month in a commercial gym, that's insane! maybe that number is so big to me because i'm from the UK. how did you expose yourself to that many people in the gym?

  • @ArCxlioN its not the volume of people... i just made it a point to sell the most expensive package we offered to everyone. I always went for the BIG sale.

  • @strengthcamp get a trade ! thats where its at !

  • wtf whats with the voice? its A DUDE?!?!

college is bullshit wrap it up

  • Motivational and inspiring truth there Elliot

  • You just like any other trainer you gonna take a bunch of dummies, lie to em,then stretch it out and never really tell them the very simple secret.

  • eat right ,lift right, sleep right! You ramblin! Fam,I heard you say send off a shit sample in one of yo vids! Fuck a trainer!

  • I'm more jacked than you bench 425 squat 505 got a six pack I'm 36 and never been to a rambling trainer.I'm out the basement wit it!! And i weigh 215 5'11

  • THanks .. make more videos on how to educate and become fitness strenght coach :D (strong man/power lifter etc) ;)

same like you.. got education ;)

  • That's a motivational speech for me right there. Now it's morning & its time to hit the gym before uni.

  • Elliott you need to meet my father. He is a tcmd and a orthomolecular doc. Also does hollistic medicine.

  • @bigro4444 he sounds pretty interesting and awesome!

  • Awesome stuff Elliot. Very truthful and inspiring.

  • Damn Elliot this is why I know Strengthology was well worth it! I hope you share with us your sales presentation!

  • Yo Elliot

I wanna train with you and see what you're about. Where are you anyways?

  • Yo elliott! Wheres the cortisol video?

  • Boss video, if i was living in florida, i'd latch onto you as a mentor.

  • I'll be graduating in may with a B.S. in Criminal Justice and a minor in Government and psychology. With zero debt!

  • elliot, u have debts?

  • @madsbregnhoej Yes I'll definetly work on that.

My athletic background is in badminton and even though I didn't really needed muscle mass for it I've been atracted to the hardcore kind of training Elliott shares with us. I don't think the sport anybody matters but HEART does and if you don't put heart in youre training your gonna suck no matter what. I've been around to manynegative and heartless athlete/people in my life and it just pisses me off. Any way good point I'll sure work on it bro !

  • But definitely once again you’ve send me on the good way to be the strongest version of myself!

    Graig Leclerc

  • @Grlihi Great man! if your parents want you to complete school maybe you should, for them. but make sure you don't go into deep debt for it, choose the cheapest local school you can, study hard and get the piece of paper... THEN your real studies will being.

  • I can't thank you enough for the video Elliott!

You’ve influenced me in so much way (the goods one :)

And following your advices and learning from you I’ve been able get real answers where no-one got any for me. For now I’ll definitely quit College because it doesn’t provide the information I need. I still have to make a deal with my parents as they still want me to get some kind of diploma.

  • Elliot, I am currently putting together a comprehensive business plan for a Total Nutritional Health and Fitness Center. This is for an event for Business Professionals of America (an organization designed for assisting business students to become a part of a productive workforce). If I were to make a video presentation about this business idea, would you mind taking a look and giving me some feedback? I believe a business like this will be VERY unique. Can't wait to share with you the ideas!

  • I totally agree with your ideas about college. You hit the nail on the head.

  • That just confused the fuck outta me

  • Where can i order that shirt!

  • @kozloco113 Elitefts.com

  • The Guy Talking At 0:29 I Thought He One Of Those Tall Basketball Girls For A Sec. Then Realize It Was Guy.

  • also,, grow some musclemass,, image is everything..

  • awesome tell-all Elliott...I love your honesty and tell-it-like-it-is approach...

You've got something VERY important to being a kick-ass strength coach and that is passion and purpose.

  • @krazykev00 thanks!

  • so what do you think about people who want to be physical therapists and surgeon job that people NEED college for?

  • @dgwear69 then go to college.

  • @dgwear69

Going to college is certainly your choice, but there is no replacement for real world experience and real world results.

  • @dgwear69 i agree i was just wondering what you would think because obv if you wanted to be a trainer or a business man/ entrepreneur but some feilds of work you just cant get around going to college. i know for a fact when im a physical therapist i will try and learn as much as i can from the intelegent people around me rather than a book

  • 18:07-18:13 reminded me of the song between angels and instincts.

  • What do you think about Charles Poliquin? Is he a good coach in your Opinion or is he just overhyped?

  • yo elliott, wat do u do for your forearms?

  • I can't wait to do Paul's stuff! Working on PICP right now. Loving it!

  • @gregory49 good for you man PICP is wehre its at. My future goals (after a kin degree) are to get that!

  • @benjafflolz I work with a lot of Kins! and wish that I would of had that base to start with because I lack advanced physiology and systems info. In saying that, like most people say in most cases kin teaches you shit when it comes to training and working with people, that's certainly where PICP comes in. Specializing in athletes of course. Doing Biosignature in toronto in June as well.

  • I've been waiting for this video for a very long time. I'm going to be a freshman in college and I've always been very enthusiastic about weight lifting and helping others with their health. Thanks Elliot!

  • Love that track in the background. Wu-tang Forever!!!!
